Germany Therapy Buyer & Channel Map

A buyer-system map separating users, economic buyers, institutional approvers, influence channels and transaction routes before field conversations.

Decision question

Who actually buys, influences, approves or enables a supplier entering Germany’s therapy and rehabilitation market?

What the evidence showed

Observed

The research separated practices, clinics and rehabilitation providers from suppliers, digital vendors, associations, event surfaces and other influence or transaction routes instead of treating “the therapy market” as one buyer.

Interpretation

Buyer roles, workflow dependencies and channels are a more decision-useful entry map than a generic sector label. therapie HAMBURG was used as a field-validation surface, not as a census of the market.

Implication

A supplier can enter meetings with explicit hypotheses about who uses, pays, approves, influences and enables adoption — and test those hypotheses in the field.

Evidence boundary

Event presence is not buyer intent. Association presence is not endorsement. Influence is not procurement. A public channel map cannot establish adoption, demand or the complete procurement reality of a fragmented sector.

What remained unknown

Actual budgets, decision cycles, product-category adoption, buyer willingness, procurement thresholds and channel economics require direct validation with market participants.
